Copyright laws and international copyright treaties protects FlowCalc32 software The software is licensed not sold. Control Engineering grants users that have paid agreed license fee, a limited non-exclusive license to use Software as a single individual. You may make backup copies of the Software for your own use. You may transfer the Software and all rights under this Agreement to another party together with a copy of this Agreement if the other party agrees to accept the terms of this Agreement. If you transfer the Software, you must at the same time either transfer all copies whether in printed or machine-readable form to the same party or destroy any copies not transferred. Trial Version: Any commercial use of unregistered copies of FlowCalc32 after the evaluation period of 30 days from the date of the first installation is in violation of federal copyright laws. The Software contains trade secrets, and in order to protect them you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to human-perceivable form. You may not modify, adapt, translate, rent, sublicense, assign, lease, loan, resell for profit, distribute, or network the Software, disk or related materials or create derivative works based upon the software or any part thereof. The only warranty regarding this Software is that the original disk(s) is free from physical defects in material and workmanship. Control Engineering only obligation under this agreement is, at Control Engineering’s option, to either (a) return payment as evidenced by a copy of a receipt or (b) replace the disk(s). Although the software is carefully tested we do not guarantee the function or use of the program for endusers. SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND Control Engineering DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Control Engineering DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE IS ERROR FREE, WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR IS COMPATIBLE WITH ALL EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE CONFIGURATIONS. IN NO EVENT SHALL Control Engineering BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING WITH LIMITATION, LOSS OF INCOME, DATA, USE OR INFORMATION, EVEN IF Control Engineering HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER CLAIMS BY ANY OTHER PARTIES.
